Quiz terms and conditions

Everyone wants a fun night, no one wants rules to be in place when having fun. Sadly, sometimes we have to. Yeah, it's annoying we get that. However, this ensures that everyone has fun. There's only a few and they are pretty simple, but hey it's a claim world so we like to cover our asses. So read on and behave!

As explained above we only have a few rules and they are all simple (and obvious), by taking part in one of our quiz nights you agree to the following:

No cheating, that's obvious, no one likes cheat, don't be that team (as your teachers probably said; "you are only cheating yourselves"). This includes (but not limited to) searching the internet for answers (this includes the picture round before the quiz starts), not messaging/calling your friends (who aren't taking part in the quiz), asking random people on Tinder/Grindr, peering at other teams answers. If caught cheating you won't win, your answers probably won't even be marked..

Photos will be taken on the night and posted online. This will either be on our website, on social media (the Facebook for example) or used for any marketing we need. To take part in our quiz nights you must be happy that you might become a celebrity. If you don't want your photo taken you need to let the Quizmaster (or photographer) know straight away (everyone will think you are having an affair) and we will scrub you from any photos that you appear in.

We welcome heckling, it makes our night more enjoyable. You must however make sure that your heckle is funny (hint: "all of them" when being asked if any questions need repeating isn't funny, it's been heard a million times and it wasn't funny the first time round).

The last rule is the important one, don't be physically or verbally abusive towards other teams in the quiz, towards staff or towards the Quizmaster. That's just dickish and will get your team removed from the venue.
